just like uslike Hank Hill / the Ranger from Yogi Bear.I actually take SERIOUS OFFENSE to everyone’s vilification of these state police officers. Being a criminal justice major with the intent on joining the Iowa State Patrol, I know that force is sometimes needed to keep the peace. Stop thinking that every law enforcement officer abuses authority. Its just a small portion that use excessive force, especially in the high level local law enforcement agencies.
Peace as a product of violence or coercion is not peace. Authority is oppressive and as long as it exists, oppression will exist.
